User Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OR TOOLS OFFERED BY CINEMAXSAI. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR SOFTWARE.

Introduction

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. As Cinemaxsai operates in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence, we may update these terms to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Continued use of our website or services after any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including but not limited to AI models, proprietary algorithms, branding elements, UI/UX design, and text, are owned by Cinemaxsai or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and international intellectual property laws.

Account Responsibility

When you create an account on Cinemaxsai, you accept full responsibility for securing your login credentials (including Google/Apple OAuth sessions) and for all actions taken under your account.

Creative Conduct: You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. We are not responsible for losses (including the consumption of AI credits) resulting from your failure to secure your account.

AI Generation & Content Usage

User Input: You retain rights to the prompts and source images you upload. You grant Cinemaxsai a license to process this data solely to provide the generation service.
Output Ownership: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and full payment of fees, you own the creative output (videos/images) generated by the service.
Safety Filters: You agree not to attempt to bypass, "jailbreak," or circumvent the platform’s safety filters designed to prevent the generation of prohibited content

Password & Security

Your account security is your responsibility. Any unauthorized use of your credentials is your liability until you notify us of a breach and take corrective action. Since Cinemaxsai may store your creative history, maintaining a strong password or secure OAuth connection is vital.

Cookie Usage & Data Privacy

Our platform uses cookies to provide a smoother user experience, manage your active generation sessions, and analyze traffic. By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling your prompts and generated media with the highest level of security.

Subscription & Refund Policy

Resource Costs: You acknowledge that generating AI media incurs significant real-time computational costs.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds apply only to your first purchase and only if no AI generation credits have been used. If you have previously received a refund or have already utilized the service to generate media, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe/PayPal). Processing time depends on your financial institution.

Technical Support & AI Limitations

Support: We offer technical assistance via email at support@cinemaxsai.com, aiming to respond within 24 hours.
System Scope: We will correct issues arising from system or software failures free of charge.
AI Output: We do not guarantee the aesthetic quality, accuracy, or consistency of AI-generated results. Issues arising from "poor prompt quality" or the inherent randomness of AI models are not considered system failures.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Cinemaxsai to develop competing AI models.
Use automated "bots" to scrape content or mass-generate videos.
Use the service for any purpose that violates Hong Kong law or the laws of your local jurisdiction.
