- Proactive Management: We encourage users to manage their plans actively. To avoid unwanted charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current billing period expires.
- Transparent Pricing: All costs—including trial fees, subscription renewals, and one-time top-ups—are clearly displayed before confirmation.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal
To ensure uninterrupted access to our high-speed AI generation servers, all subscription plans renew automatically.
- Billing Cycle: Plans renew at the end of each cycle (Weekly, Monthly, or Annually).
- How to Cancel:
- Log into your account at cinemaxsai.com.
- Click your Profile Icon > Membership Plan or Billing.
- Select "Cancel Subscription".
- Post-Cancellation: You will retain premium access until the end of the current paid period. To ensure the system processes your request in time, please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
One-Time Top-up Credits
For users who need additional flexibility beyond their subscription limits:
- One-Time Payment: Top-up packages are charged once and do not trigger automatic renewals or recurring billing.
- Permanent Validity: Unlike monthly subscription credits, Top-up credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
- Usage: These credits can be purchased whenever your balance is low to continue using premium features.
Payment & Activation
- Secure Processing: Payments are handled via secure partners (Stripe/Airwallex). We do not store your full card credentials.
- Instant Activation: Since AI generation requires real-time GPU resources, services and credits are activated immediately upon successful payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for all creators. Please note our guidelines regarding refunds:
- Usage-Based Policy: Because Cinemaxsai incurs significant computational (GPU) costs the moment an AI generation is initiated, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been utilized.
- Top-up Purchases: One-time top-up payments are typically non-refundable as the credits are provisioned for immediate use.
- Auto-Renewal: We encourage users to cancel early if they do not wish to renew. Forgetting to cancel before the auto-renewal date usually does not qualify for a refund.
- Technical Exceptions: We value your experience. If a verified technical system failure or a major service disruption prevents you from using your purchased credits, please contact us. We will review such cases individually to provide a fair resolution, which may include credit compensation or a partial refund.
